Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in pioneering AI/ML and quantum computing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives for carbon-neutral operations
- Mentor technical teams in next-gen methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing
- Proven track record of executing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, blockchain
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds ($10M+)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
