Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurism from Tier 1 institution
- 10+ years experience scaling tech ecosystems valued at $1B+

- Expertise in ISO 20700 tech ethics certification
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
