- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on future tech research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or global tech councils
