Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies including quantum computing, generative AI, and Web3.0 applications
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess impact on organizational strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or neurotech
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Credibility with executive leadership and experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (articles, patents, or conference talks)
