Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to validate innovation hypotheses
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and stakeholders quarterly
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout next-gen startups
- Author thought leadership on future tech disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
