Responsibilities

- Architect innovation frameworks for sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with organizational vision
- Manage pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with $10M+ budgets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products from concept to market
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
