Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability and integration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation budget and oversee vendor/partner relationships
- Mentor a team of 5-7 technical strategists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent role
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or green tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with budget management over $3M
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
