- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic tech forecasts to C-suite executives and investors
- Build partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutions
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ revenue
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, Nature)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
