Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year tech roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in high-stakes industries
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and regulatory bodies
- Anticipate geopolitical and socio-ethical impacts of future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Experience navigating global tech regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CISA, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
