Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with experience in scenario planning tools
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
