Responsibilities
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into commercial products by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-tech incubation projects
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and market impact
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercial tech products with 5+ year horizons
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D portfolios
