Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive realities
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term digital transformation strategies
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or blockchain
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
