Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Proven track record launching enterprise-grade AI/ML or blockchain solutions
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data strategy preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
