Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 technical and product roadmap, aligning with company vision.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and investors clearly and concisely.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead pilot programs for future technologies to test viability before full-scale deployment.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource distribution for long-term tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems engineering.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and developing long-term strategic plans.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Data Analytics).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage high-stakes projects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
