Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Connectivity.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to anticipate shifts in the tech landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the pilot programs for emerging technologies, ensuring successful integration into existing infrastructure.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of future tech developments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that resulted in significant business growth or market differentiation.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and Next-Gen computing paradigms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
