Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to outline the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AGI integration and quantum-ready systems.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient technical architectures capable of handling high-volume data streams from next-gen neural networks.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects for disruptive technologies, ensuring they align with business objectives and ethical standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical jargon into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and the wider tech community.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage in the 2026 market landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and blockchain fundamentals.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and executing on future tech trends with measurable business impact.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: Highly adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
