Responsibilities
- Architect and define the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Neural Interfaces.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into our existing infrastructure to ensure scalability and security.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with cutting-edge technology adoption.
- Drive the adoption of a future-proof development philosophy across all engineering teams.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-level technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic R&D capacity.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Predictive Modeling.
- Proven track record of successfully launching futuristic technology products.
- Exceptional ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Strong mentorship skills with a history of building high-performing technical teams.
