Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 5-year strategic vision for the 2026 product lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and validating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Bio-tech).
- Identify high-impact market opportunities and lead the execution of disruptive innovations.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align 2026 goals with company-wide KPIs.
- Predict industry trends and propose pivot strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of leading 5+ year strategic initiatives from concept to completion.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable roadmaps.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
