Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify emerging technologies (Quantum, Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) that will drive business value.
- Strategic R&D Management: Oversee research initiatives and pilot programs, ensuring feasibility and ROI for high-risk, high-reward innovations.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to maintain a first-mover advantage in the market.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units to ensure technology initiatives align with corporate objectives.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Architect scalable systems capable of handling the demands of next-generation data processing and AI workloads.
- Talent Acquisition & Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists and engineers dedicated to the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or R&D management.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Quantum computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into long-term business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring rapid pivoting.
