Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning process for the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AGI, Advanced Robotics) and assess their viability for integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Product, and Marketing—to translate strategic visions into actionable technical requirements.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in current infrastructures and propose innovative solutions for future scalability.
- Present complex strategic plans to C-level executives and stakeholders with clarity and persuasive impact.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of new technology implementations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a strategic planning, Product Management, or Technical Architecture role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and Software Development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a large-scale enterprise setting.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
