Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technological milestones with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, GenAI) to identify viable use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate future tech concepts.
- Present complex strategic visions to C-level executives and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure Nexus Future Labs remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for future technology adoption and impact.
- Manage partnerships with tech innovators and academic institutions for 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting.
- Proven experience leading long-term (3-5 year) strategic roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, specifically within the AI and Automation sectors.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority across diverse teams.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
