Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on achieving 2026 readiness, prioritizing AI integration and scalability.
- AI Infrastructure Leadership: Architect robust, secure, and scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-level workloads and complex data models.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision) before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists focused on future-forward solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all futuristic technologies adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, ethical AI usage, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, long-term technical challenges.
