Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 breakthroughs
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation 2.0
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ future-focused projects
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
