Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead horizon scanning for AI, quantum computing, and biotech breakthroughs
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 3+ year development cycles
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on emerging tech implications
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and market disruption metrics
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling enterprise solutions in regulated industries
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics frameworks, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research on technology adoption curves or innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Agile/Scalable methodologies (SAFe/LeSS)
- Experience managing international R&D teams across 3+ continents
