Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with 10-year market projections
- Develop future-state user experience models for post-2025 digital ecosystems
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic product/tech leadership with proven future-vision execution
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Track record of launching category-defining products with 5+ year market impact
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight training preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex technological interdependencies
- Prior experience in building innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or major industry platforms
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology required
