Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the technical strategy for emerging technologies, including AI integration, Quantum Computing interfaces, and next-gen Web3 protocols.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure all future-facing systems are built on a foundation of high availability, security, and performance.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends to predict shifts in the industry and adapt our strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to foresee technological shifts and drive innovation in a competitive market.
