What You Will Do:
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech to identify high-value opportunities.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead R&D initiatives and pilot programs for next-generation technologies.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to translate vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Competitive Intelligence: Provide deep insights into competitive landscapes and market disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into core business processes.
- Lead the research and development of innovative solutions to drive competitive advantage.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage budgets for strategic projects and track ROI on innovation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale technology initiatives and digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Technical discipline is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
