Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AGI integration, advanced automation, and quantum-ready architectures.
- Architect Enterprise Solutions: Design scalable, high-performance technical architectures that prepare our systems for the demands of 2026, ensuring resilience and security.
- Lead AI Innovation: Spearhead the deployment of next-gen machine learning models and large language models to drive operational efficiency and product innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align tech goals with business objectives.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously monitor global tech trends and emerging regulatory landscapes to mitigate risks and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring junior architects and engineers on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership roles within high-growth tech companies.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies before they become mainstream.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to translate long-term vision into actionable, short-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineering teams to C-suite executives.
