Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with company long-term business goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, AR/VR) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership to ensure strategic vision is understood and actionable.
- Assess potential risks and regulatory implications of adopting futuristic technologies.
- Oversee the budget allocation for long-term innovation projects and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Masterās degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into successful product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of current and upcoming technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Computing).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
