As the landscape of technology accelerates, Nexus Future Systems is looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between today's innovations and the transformative possibilities of 2026 and beyond. You will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our AI, Quantum, and Sustainable Tech divisions to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Horizon 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technological vision and strategic milestones for the company leading up to and through the year 2026.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Bio-tech) to identify opportunities and threats that will impact the industry landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product Management, and Executive leadership to align technical goals with business objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource distribution for high-priority future-tech projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic plans to stakeholders and investors with clarity and persuasive power.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, corporate planning, or product management within the tech industry.
- Future-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological trends and adapt strategies for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging hardware technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from conception to execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
