Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive strategic vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with global market trends and technological breakthroughs.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and assess their applicability to our core products.
- Oversee the development of long-term roadmaps, setting 5-year milestones and defining the necessary infrastructure to support future scalability.
- Advocate for radical innovation, securing buy-in from stakeholders and investors for high-risk, high-reward strategic initiatives.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities, providing quarterly strategic briefs to the executive board.
- Partner with legal and IP teams to secure patents for futuristic concepts and technologies developed during the 2026 transition phase.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within the tech sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies, specifically AI, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing, with a proven ability to forecast their impact.
- Strong background in leading complex, multi-year strategic initiatives and translating abstract concepts into concrete business plans.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex futuristic visions to diverse audiences, from engineers to investors.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and making high-stakes decisions in rapidly evolving environments.
