Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end development of the company's 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning long-term goals with emerging market opportunities.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on breakthrough technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to determine their viability for our product ecosystem.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead the "Future Lab" initiative, prototyping and testing concepts that will launch in the 2026 fiscal cycle.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex futuristic concepts to executives and product teams, securing buy-in for high-risk, high-reward initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate competitor moves and identify gaps in the market before they arise.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Innovation Management, or Futurism, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies (Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to forecast market shifts and consumer behavior.
- Communication: Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
