Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision and ensure alignment with executive business goals.
- Lead the creation of a multi-year product roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness) for future integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments.
- Advocate for best practices in scalability, security, and performance in all future planning.
- Present complex architectural concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, Strategic Architecture, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven experience in defining and executing long-term strategic roadmaps for enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of current and future technology trends, specifically regarding the year 2026 and beyond.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technical capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading distributed teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
