Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning for the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning innovation goals with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Neuro-interfaces.
- Pilot and evaluate experimental technologies to determine viability for enterprise integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications for future product releases.
- Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive threats and opportunities.
- Present high-level strategy to stakeholders and board members.
- Establish partnerships with key tech vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging tech solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends accurately.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and future computing paradigms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive presentations.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment.
