Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision for the 2026 era and beyond.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) into core business processes.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future tech concepts.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to anticipate industry shifts and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategies with broader business goals.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the tech department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product management.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and leading high-performance teams.
