As a Technical Recruiter for the 2026 Roadmap, you will partner with CTOs and Engineering Leads to define hiring strategies, source passive candidates, and close top-tier talent in the emerging tech space.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search, social recruiting, and AI tools to identify passive candidates in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from building pipelines and screening resumes to conducting technical interviews and negotiating offers.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build robust hiring plans for the 2026 roadmap.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Nexus Future Labs at tech conferences, meetups, and online communities to attract top talent.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track recruitment metrics, analyze pipeline health, and continuously optimize sourcing strategies to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and future tech to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within the Software Engineering, AI, or SaaS sectors.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP) is highly preferred.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GitHub).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ownership: A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of hitting aggressive hiring targets and closing difficult roles.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities and a forward-looking roadmap.
