Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen immersive experiences (AR/VR/MR) with 100ms latency tolerance
- Develop patent-pending solutions for sustainable tech infrastructure targeting 99.999% uptime
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia and industry to shape global tech standards
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members securing multi-million dollar budgets
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technologies through our Future Leaders program

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or similar)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with published research in top-tier journals
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in futuristic domains: brain-computer interfaces, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
