- Mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and futurists

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences
- Expertise in quantum computing and neural network optimization
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to global markets
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA/NSF preferred)
