Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the 2026 horizon, aligning business goals with emerging tech trends.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
- Identify and assess high-potential emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and create pilot programs to integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Manage the R&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for innovation projects with high ROI potential.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation, encouraging the team to challenge the status quo.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to communicate complex technical visions in a clear, compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and technology migrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable technology strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
