Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Expertise in quantum computing and AI/ML frameworks

- Certifications in AWS/Azure quantum services
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
