Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation technology ecosystems spanning AI, quantum systems, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ engineers and scientists
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 market forecasts
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation grants from federal and private entities
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Drive intellectual property strategy with 50+ annual patent filings
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology architecture with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging fields: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from DARPA, NSF, or equivalent
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) with 20+ citations
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for C-suite and government audiences
