Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation technology architectures spanning AI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum machine learning, synthetic biology) into production systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware providers and AI research institutions
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Mentor junior architects in future-focused design methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record leading quantum computing or advanced AI initiatives
- Expertise in systems architecture for distributed computing environments
- Deep understanding of biotech-AI convergence points (neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Certifications in quantum computing (IBM Q, Microsoft Quantum) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology paradigms
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
