Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability mandates and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping immersive metaverse experiences and holographic interfaces
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions in climate modeling, biotechnology, and space exploration
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with quantum research labs and neurotech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced systems architecture with specialization in at least two emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology engineering
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through 3+ technology transformation cycles
- PhD or equivalent research publication record in relevant fields (AI, quantum physics, bioengineering)
- Deep understanding of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 ethical design standards
