Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems targeting 2026 deployment horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Design carbon-negative technology ecosystems integrating blockchain and IoT solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market demands
- Collaborate with policymakers on ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous infrastructure
- Drive innovation through prototyping and proof-of-concept initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Expertise in federated learning, differential privacy, and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proven track record of scaling complex tech ecosystems to 10M+ user bases
- Certification in ISO 42001 (AI Management Systems) or equivalent
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
