Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology architecture and R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong understanding of technology adoption curves and market dynamics
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary R&D teams and budgets over $5M
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
