Qualifications

- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in quantum computing and generative AI systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of launching patented technologies
- Experience with federal R&D grants (DARPA, NSF)
