Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching scalable AI/quantum solutions
- Expertise in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Strong network with academic research institutions and VCs
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
