Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect technical and business domains
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Experience scaling technology teams from 5 to 50+ members
