Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across IoT, AI, and quantum ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with industry-transforming potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech integration
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technological feasibility of visionary concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation
