Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Successful track record of scaling tech teams from concept to market leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle analysis
- Portfolio of at least three 2026+ technology patents or white papers
